Yesterday, I meet a couple friends for knitting and lunch. We meet at a free wifi deli, coffee shop. I walked by a computer, a young girl was looking at the Webkinz sight. I thought, Nicole loved her Webkinz and the Webkinz web sight.

Horses

Nicole's first introduction to a horse with her Dad, Jeff. 1999
On Nicole's blog, she had made a sidebar story about riding Hopper.
Nicole with Jeff and Julie traveled to Yellowstone National Park, last August.
One of their adventures included a trial ride.
Nicole had written, great the trial ride, better than Disneyland.
Her horse was buckskin color, named Hopper.

Red Socks

I have been hand knitting socks for 10 years. I also, teach sock knitting classes.

Last fall, when I was hanging at Jeff and Julie's place. Julie measured her feet and Jeff's feet. I custom fit my hand knit socks. Jeff's choice of color was red. There are his red socks. Jeff called a little while ago and said he had his new socks on. On the side of the heel, I purled in a little heart shape. Julie knew about the hearts, and had Jeff look over his socks. He found the 4 little hearts. I tried to photograph the heart, but no luck with that.

Sunday Evening

It seems this has been a tough, long week. Some of salutes to Nicole, include Julie wrote Nicole a letter in a birthday card with a stuffed heart, that said "I miss you". Jeff and Sharon released 11 balloons with forget-me-not seeds inside. Gary, Meggen and I went to the beach on Samish Island, released 3 red roses and heart shape candies. Meggen did want to retrieve the roses.

On the knitting front, I did finish Jeff's red socks. I have a photo, should I post it? The socks have not been sent to Jeff, yet. I teach sock knitting classes, I had a classes on both Saturday and Sunday. Knitters have nice energy, even when they are focused on a new technique.

I am almost half way into the new Grisham book "The Associate". Interesting
